What Causes A Large Itchy Mole On Arm?

Hi there,I have a hard, raised mole on my arm that is itchy and a light pinkish-brown. It s not very big, maybe a quarter the size of my baby fingernail. But I m concerned about it s itchiness and hard lump-like texture. Is this normal or something I should see a doctor about?

I really appreciate your concern, lymph node is very likely condition some time it may be infection and if this is so then symptoms would be very typical and demands the immediate attention, if this is not so then no need to worry about this and it could be just inflammatory condition and it can be managed with Tab Ibuprofen 200 mg three times in day, hope this information helps.
