What Causes A Itchy Bump Under The Ankle?

Hello, two nights ago I realized that I have a bump about 2cm in length and 1cm in width just under my ankle bone. Since then it has been very itchy. I mean, VERY itchy. It is the color of my skin, but it is a little darker, so you can see that there is clearly a bump. I need help a.s.a.p. as I worry it is a Spider Bite or something...

1. Itchiness in the ankle is commonly called as pruritus and indicates a dermatological or skin disorder and if you need help ASAP then need to see a Dermatologist/Infectious disease Doctor or your regular doctor since it can be insect bite [mites], contact dermatitis, vasculitis or even an internal problem due to disorder of blood,diabetes or any malignancy.

2. until you get the expert advice apply:
. calamine lotion or moisturizing lotion with menthol to the affected area to treat itchy ankle
