HI
Thanks for posting your query .
Lump in your breast could be due to either blood clot or a tumor .
Is it tender to touch or not ?
Looking at your age , first thing that has to be done is to check whether are we dealing with Breast tumor or not .
So kindly consult your doctor soon . They will do certain tests like Mammography and FNAC to know what exactly the lump .
Hope you find my answer useful. Any clarifications feel free to ask .
Regards.
