Hi, I ve been going on planes and sleeping in hard beds this past week. I ve just noticed a small lump in the back of my left neck and a bigger one right on the left of my neck, exactly below my ear. The lump doesnt hurt, but my left throat hurts when I swallow. What should I do? Thank you so much!
