General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

After a period of weight loss, reduction in the weight becomes slower reaching a plateau phase since the body has adapted to the exercise and dietary habits. A little change in exercise routine and including newer healthy diet will definitely give results. Exercise routine should be divided as cardio, weight training.Concentrating one group of muscles one day such as arms, thighs and abs will produce fast and consistent results.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
