What Causes A Feeling Of Head Spinning?

Woke up yesterday morning and when I turned my head to right side (still laying down) I felt the room spinning. It stopped after a few seconds . Then experienced same sensation when tying my shoe around noon and again in the evening when I lowered my head towards the ground - testing to see if it would happen . General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to benign paroxismal vertigo.

I suggest to use Betahistine hydrochloride three times a day.

If the symptoms continue I suggest to consult an ENT specialist.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
