What Causes A Feeling Of Fainting, Nausea, Constipation And Excessive Sweating?

I just stood up and when I did I got the sensation like I was going to pass out and got nauseous i went to the bathroom and had a bowel movement it was a rough one but I have been feeling constipated and haven t had a good poop in about a week while going I was sweating bad. After I was done it went away a little. Now I have a pain in my side on the left up by my breast. Also have felt like my b hole has been flared up for 2 days......help

I really appreciate your concern, hypotension is the cause if you feel dizzy while standing and it is not the disease condition just take care while you stand, no hurry first sit for a while then stand, for the else of the symptoms these are not due to any illness and it may be nonspecific and even no need to for that too hope this information helps.
