ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I had gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
This could be due LPRD. That is laryngopharyngeal reflux..similar to GERD.
I recommend the following.
1) Avoid taking coffee or tea in empty stomach.
2) Avoid spicy and junk food.
3) Keep regular diet habits and avoid skipping meals.
4) Proton pump inhibitors like tablet rabeprazole.
5) Take your dinner at least 2 hours before bed time.
You will be fine.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any questions, I am happy to help.
Wish you a good health.
Regards,
Dr Paparaja S MBBS MS
