I had my tubes tied a year ago via c section with my last baby, I am now five days late for my period. I am always very regular, I have only missed my period four times, with the pregnancy of my four children, I am experiencing pregnancy symptoms like every pregnancy, headaches, white discharge well more than normal, slight cramping, morning nausea. Took a test though and it came back negative. What could be wrong and what should I do,
