What Causes A Cyst At The Anal Opening?

hi, am 25 years old .one day i found a small cist my back from the waste material is removed.someday i fell pain but after that its get subside.now i am fine but i feel the cist is still present in my back.i am sacared please confirm me what is this .its not a hommorroid or what.

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be hemorrhoid and as a matter of fact you have not stated the exact site of lesion, if this is not being treated by surgeon then it is better to consult the surgeon because right diagnosis is matter of concern as long as the line of treatment is concern, you have even not mentioned the clinical symptoms that might be occurring due to this lesion, with no information and just little ideas is given here nothing can be said for sure, it may not be cystic lesion but it could be abscess formation, it may be nonspecific swelling, it may be infective carbuncle, hope this information helps.
