Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM team.

Understanding your concern.
As you describe in your query that you have circular swollen rashes in your mouth .Well these are canker sores they are also called aphthous stomatitis .They are the most commonly occurring sores in mouth .

Although exact cause cor their occurrence is not known .But it is believe that they occur because of weaken immune system ,stress ,vitamin deficiency like vitamin b12 ,citrus fruits or some underlying connective tissue disease .

Generally they go away by there own in 10-12 days .The treatment should be for reliving symptoms.

I would suggest you to -:

-Do warm water rinses and avoid citrus fruits until the condition will get back to normal .

-If they are painful and there is difficulty in eating you should apply lidocain gel like medijel gel before eating.

-You can also apply hydrogen peroxide solution (as you already applying) ,But try to apply diluted solution by mixing it with equal quantity of distilled water .

If condition persists for more then 10 days or get worse consult dentist for proper evaluation .Your doctor may prescribe you topical steroid and topical antibiotic like chlortetracycline .

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes,
