What Causes A Burning Sensation In The Stomach?

Symptoms.....light blood and mucus when wiping even without straining. Pelvic pressure. Bloating. Sometimes horrible cramping. Fatigue. Sore to touch on ribs underneath breasts. Burning sensation in stomach. Gas. Irritability. Mild all of a sudden acne. Not sure if related.... but abnormal pap smear had colopscopy came back undetermined precancerous cells. Biopsy negative for cancer. Thanks jamie
