The large brown bump mole you are seeing may be a rectal polyp or hemorrhoids, this is a very common condition that may cause bleeding when there is an increase pressure in your perineal area which happens when you are straining hard during bowel movement. If it is hemorrhoids, diet modification may be necessary, like eating foods rich in fiber such as pineapple so as to prevent constipation which may latter lead again to bleeding. You may also do hot sitz bath to lessen the pain. Furthermore, diosmin90% + hesperidin10% tabs may be taken for chronic conditions. For acute hemorrhoidal attack 6 tab daily in 2 divided doses for 1st 4 days, then 4 tab daily in 2 divided doses for 3 days.
