What Causes A Blackhead In Arm Pit?

I squeezed a blackhead the was in my arm pit. It has been there awhile because it was huge. But after I squeezed it stuff kept coming but now I have what almost looks like my vein coming out. I can keep pulling on it and it acts as if it will keep coming but I stopped pulling on it when I noticed that it s clear skin like filled with blood so now I have this thing sticking out of my arm pit that is a sack filled with blood and looks like it may pop but I don t have a ride to the hospital and I live by myself. I don t know what it is or what I should do

A buildup of oil, sweat, and dead skin cells can cause blackheads in the armpit. Squeezing a blackhead can cause damage to the skin and lead to inflammation, resulting in a small sac filled with blood and fluid known as a blister or a pimple. It's not recommended to squeeze blackheads or other spots in the armpit or any other sensitive areas of the body, as this can cause further skin damage and increase the risk of infection.
