Hi, In the summer, I had severe sinusitis on the right side of my nose... the tissue inside was inflamed to the point of total closure. This lasted for three months, and finally got better through the use of nasal steroids. Now, there is a patch in the hair under my chin on the right side of my face and it is completely bald. The hair on the right side of my head has thinned a fair bit too. Could the lack of circulation from the inflammation, or the constant steroid use cause this?
