What Causes LLQ Abdominal Pain With Brown Coloured Stools?

Recently, the first part of the stool I have is always dark brown and small pellets attached together and the other part normal brown, but all are formed, no straining to get the stool out. Also I have been having stomach pain in my lower left. I am 23 years

Likely related to colon motility disturbances with altered flora or else. Kindly get basic information for betterment as:
- More liquids intake for helping process of stool formation
- Diet with high fiber, green leafy veg, cereals, pulses, legumes, organic fresh fruits
- Avoid spices, non veg, dairy fat if consuming
- Regular walking in fresh air
- Control of body weight, blood sugar and cholesterol
- Anti spasmodic medication as dicyclomine or drotaverine for spasm relief
- Pro biotics with lacto bacillus
