What Caused Severe Palpitations, Dizziness And Nausea?
Hello, I was at work this morning and I was reading something when my eyes kinda felt like they want back in forth really quickly from left to right. I became dizzy and lightheaded. I felt like my heart was racing probably from not knowing why all of a sudden I was feeling this way. I also felt nausea and then a slight headache. I went home and my roommate tested sugar(she has type 2) thinking that may have something to do with it but it was at 102. I had coffee this morning with three cookies. Which is what I normally have during my work week. I slept on and off all day. I had some soup earlier. I don t feel as bad as I did earlier but I have no clue as to what s wrong with me.
Hi welcome To HCM. Your symptoms are suggestive of an heart block. This can produce symptoms like dizziness and sensation of vomiting.I advice you to have a baseline EkG and 24 hr holter monitoring which can accurately assess the nature of block if any.A screening 2 dimensional echo can help to rule organic heart lesions if any.Radiofrequency ablation can offer permanent cure along with medical management.Consult your doctor for further help. Thank you
