Hi, welcome to healthcare magic. iI understand your query as well the concern. Your symptoms are not related related to labor and it is not the braxton hicks contraction. Because of stretching of uterus due to growing fetus, it causes pressure all around the pelvis. So it creates pressure over rectum and anus and then it causes alternate diarrhea and constipation. So no need to worry much.It will go off. If your having more problem & it does not subside after few days consult your doctor once.Good luck.Thanks.
