What Cause Tingling In Arms While Coughing?

what cause tingling in your arms while coughing?l m 48 yrs old,i do smoke,i m 5 4 tall weighing 140 lbs,when i cough i feel tingling in both my arms,sometimes i can feel my heart pound really hard then it will stop it sometimes does it alot but at times it will stop then do it again later,i have like bubbles in both my legs and was just assuming they were busted veins,should i be concerned?

Hi,
Tingling in arms while coughing can be due to the following reasons:
When one coughs the secondary muscles of respiration also get activated to assist the force needed to cough, this involves the muscles of the neck.
This in turn can cause the accentuation of symptoms of cervical spondilitis causing tingling in arms.
Your other problems of pounding heart and so on can be related to the cardiac problem which needs in depth cardiac evaluation and investigations.
The bubbles as you have mentioned may in fact be varicose veins and need color doppler examination of both lower limbs to know the exact diagnosis so that an appropriate management can be done as per the findings.
So get all the problems evaluated one by one to know the exact diagnosis and get treated accordingly.
