What Cause Swelling Inside Nose Which Shrinks While Using Decongestant?

I have something that looks like thick mucus stuck behind two swollen red things inside my nose. When I use a decongestant and those two things shrink, I can see the mucus moving in and out from the side like a millipede when I breath hard. How can I get that thick millipede-like mucus out?

Consultation with your ENT doctor & do Diagnostic Nasal Endoscopy .
