he is 30 yrs old but his pennis dont hav width & length as that of a normal man, hen hard his penis size is same as that of our smallest finger in our hand. in flaccid state even its too small also no width and pointed lik kids. also he avoids me making excuses that he has back pain & all. he dont hav any feelings for x? is he normal? will i get a medical certificate for divorce? pls answer me
