What Cause Sharp Pain In My Upper Back While Walking?
When I'm walking during my mile exercise routine about the last lap I take about 1500 feet I start to get light headed and I have a sharp pain in my upper back I also have Lupus I'm concerned because I like walking for exercise but I don't want to pass out from something that is going on
