What Cause Severe Nerve Tingling Near My Throat And Posterior Part Of Tongue?
I suffer from severe nerve tingling near my throat and posterior part of tongue.I cannot talk properly during that..and the pain is so severe that I cannot breath properly. I take oxytocin...I was good for a year ,but now again the sysmptoms have come back.

I can understand your concern. Tingling of the tongue can be due to various reasons. If you are consuming certain medicines regularly, certain types of alcohol, illicit drugs etc., then adverse effects of these substances can cause the tingling feeling on the tongue. However, this should be transient until the substance is in the contact with the tongue and then should resolve. If you are using any of this regularly, then you can stop the usage and check for the symptoms.
Other possibilities include recent dental surgery that included injection of local anesthesia, trauma to the area, presence of infection, or deficiency of calcium or Vitamin B12. One serious possibility is damage to the nerve that supplies the posterior part of the tongue.
I would advise you to start with the calcium and Vitamin B12 supplements for now. You can do that and wait for 15 days. If the condition improves, you should continue with the supplements. If it does not improve, then you should visit a neurologist for examination of the area for infections and further investigations regarding the diagnosis and treatment.
