What Cause Pus Filled Pimples On The Inner Knee After Fever?
For the past 3 days I ve have a fever of 102.2F, chills, joint aches, very bad back ache going up through my shoulders in to my neck and a bad headache in the back of my head that moves to the my temples. Today I noticed pimple like sores on my inner knees. Some are filled with a little pus other have a clear fluid.

So the cause of your fever can be a viral fever and the fluid-filled pimples are exanthem of viral illness. take plenty of fluids and paracetamol for fever.
If the fever does not settle in a couple of days, visit a clinician. You will be alright in 3 to 4 days.
