What Cause Abdominal Pain Due To Hernia?

I have a very painful hernia that hurts me when I eat certain foods. sometimes I go into pain when im holding my water, once I urinate it relieves the pain, I have had a colonoscopy, which was clear. My recent blood work was good, could my gallbladder be connected to the cause of the pain?

Hi,

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your hernia. Yes, but not directly. As you mentioned the pain increases when you take food and before you have urge to urinate.

That means the pressure you get more more painful the hernial pain precipitates. The fullness of both intestines and bladder is cause of pain. You need to start abdominal exercise but from small scale.

If you start with heavy exercise, pain will worsen. To increase the abdomuscle mass will keep you further pain and help in improvement.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
