What Casues Spasms On The Left Side Of The Abdomen?

I have been having fluttering spasms on left side of abdomen....Sometimes it starts out as tingling from my lower back and around to my Left side of abdomen....I have an appt with a Gastro dr in 2 weeks....I ve been having this every day.....Night seems the worst....Can u please help me....Thanks

Hello,

It can be gastritis like inflammation of stomach mucosa.

For that, you need to prescribed pantoprazole like antacid and antispasmodic drug like dicyclomine.

Avoid excess spicy foods and other gastric irritants. It's advisable to avoid stress as well.

If no improvement with medication than USG abdomen scan should be done.
