What Casues Prolonged Menstrual Bleeding And Stomach Cramps?

My period takes longer than it should it started on the 10 of this month and it was not normal it was week and brown in colour and have mild cramps too but the is it doesn t stop and it s starting to strong red and cramps are not so mild anymore should I be worried? Pls help
