General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Bumps on legs commonly occurs due to allergy, folliculitis or Keratosis pilaris. Since you have an allergy reaction to the use of the soap that does not suit you, stop usage of the soap immediately.

Apply calamine lotion, Neosporin or hydrocortisone cream locally. Take non sedating antihistamine - Levocetrizine, one sos at bed time for relieve.

You are suggested to get physically examined by a dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
