Hi, There can be many causes of diarrhea and abdominal pain. Usually, it occurs due to infection of intestines (viral or bacterial) or some food intolerance. It may be associated with gastritis.The yellow coloured (or pale coloured) stool usually occurs due to associated liver or gall bladder issues.If diarrhea is persistent then even need to consider thyroid, diabetes, and inflammatory bowel disease (related to inflammation of large intestine). I feel that take light diet, avoid spicy and oily food, avoid excessive tea and coffee and take plenty of water. If still the symptoms persist then go for some tests like complete blood count, FBS, liver function test and stool routine examination.This will help to make a proper diagnosis. Take care.
