What Can Cause Weight Loss With Vomiting And Desentery?
hello sir mywifes age is 35 years. last four months she lose her weigt 10 kg due to unable take food and feeling vomating& desentry . nothing in indoscopy, guten report is positive so avoiding wheat. some obstruction in barrium meal test.some times getting swelling inboth leges. please advice
Gluten free diet for a month helps and never try gluten diet as the results can be very troublesome.
I would advise you to get the barium meal repeated and if there is still an obstruction, get operated. Surgery may only be the solution. Histopathology may show further specific disease to be treated to get permanent relief. It may show tuberculosis as the commonest cause of intestinal obstruction.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
