Hi, I have gone through your question. Pain in the right side of lower abdomen without abdominal cramps can be due to ligament stretch during pregnancy or repeat episode of urinary tract infection. The pain of the ligaments stretching increases with advancing pregnancy and is aggravated in a particular position.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly.
In the meantime, you should also start doing prenatal exercises, which is quite effective in relieving ligament stretch pain.
Analgesic gels can be applied locally for pain relief.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
