Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

You may be suffering from otitis media or CSOM or perichondritis etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what is the cause for the swelling.

Use warm compression, use pain killer medication with anti-oedema measures.

Please consult your ENT specialist he will examine the ear canal by endoscopy and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
