What Can Cause Stomach Ache Along With Dizziness, Excessive Sweating And Rectal Bleeding?

I had real bad stomach pains all day where I felt dizzy and then sweating perfucly. A few hours later a gush of blood with clotting was on my underwear and it alarmed me! I don't have hemorrhoids what else can it be? Don't know if my severe stomach ache had something to do with it.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The sudden bleed per rectum can be hemorrhoid (though not noticed previously, it can present suddenly), colitis or others.

I predict the stomach ache as intestine inflammation sequence.

Excess sweating is due to low BP likely. Dizziness can be attributed to anemia or BP fluctuation.

An assistance at ER is suggested here.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
