Hi,

Nasal scabs are usually due to inflammation from allergies, environmental dryness, sinusitis, inhalation of certain drugs and nasal sprays, herpes, HIV also causes painful nasal lesions which bleed and scab.

Get physically examined and get all the screening tests done. You need antibiotics and antivirals. In the meantime take non-sedating antihistamines, topical antibacterial and anesthetic ointments along with creams for healing and pain relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
