Hi dear.

What you have, could be a simple respiratory infection caused by a virus, like Coxackie for example, which has tropism for respiratory tract. At first, many viral infections cause, fever, cough (with a little of blood, because of the force, when you cough) and chest pain (because of a viral pericarditis, which is normal in some type of virus). But if you keep with symptoms, and fever for 5 days or more, you should make a blood test (hemogram), and a radiography to find out the severity of the infection.
I hope this helps you, and get good soon! :)
