I'm having a strange popping sensation in my right knee. Every time I bend it to sit in an "indian style" way and I straighten it out afterwards, the knee cap feels like it's trying to pop out of place. I only know this because I dislocated my shoulder two years ago and the feeling of going back into place feels familiar. There is also a lot of pain after the popping occurs. It happens about five times a day with no warning. I have not been in an accident or experienced any trauma recently. Should I consult a doctor? Any idea of what it could be? /:
