What Can Cause Pain In The Pelvic Area On The Right Side?

I have been having pain in my lower right pelvis area for several weeks now. I have not seen a Doctor about yet, if I do go to a Doctor I m not sure what type of Doctor to see. I m wondering if it may be a female related issue or do I go to Chiropractor?

Hi,

It may be due to some collection or pelvic inflammatory disease. However, we have to rule out other conditions like tumors also. As of now, you can take analgesics like mefenamic acid for pain relief. If symptoms persist, better to consult a gynaecologist and get an ultrasound scan done,

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
