What Can Cause Pain And Discoloration In The Legs While On Nitroglycerin?

2 years ago I had my Aorta replaced. I recovered well however I am not starting to experience pain or angina. I am taking my Nitroglycerin more frequently and also I am experiencing pain in my leg with discoloration-It was checked by Radiology(Doppler) and no blood clot detected is this a Cardiollogy or vascular surgeon referral

Hello,

Black color pigmentation of limbs may be due to eczema or varicose veins or rarely methaemoglobinaemia in nitroglycerin users.
Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Please avoid skin irritants, avoid photo sensitivity. Apply skin guards from sun. Please consult your dermatologist, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
