What Can Cause Hyper Sensitivity In The Lower Back After A Radiofrequency Ablation Procedure?

I had radiofrequency ablation on April 3,2018. It’s been almost 4 months and I hurt worst than before surgery..lower back is very sensitive to touch. Can you tell me what’s wrong. They want to do back surgery where they put in a rod and screws. I’m reuntant to even let them touch me again
