What Can Cause Fatigue And Severe Pain In The Shoulder And Arms?

I have previously been diagnosed with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in both hands and a pinched nerve in the cervical region of my neck. Lately I have been experiencing severe pain in my shoulder, upper, and lower arm (right side). I am also having some pain in the joints of both my arms and hips as well as extreme fatigue. I am having difficulty with sleep due to the pain. Could this all be due to my previous diagnosis or should I get further testing for other possible conditions? If so, then what are some other possible causes?

Hi,

Your symptoms of right upper limb radicular pain can be attributed to nerve compression at cervical spine. Reason for compression may be disc prolapse or ligamentum flavam hypertrophy.

MRI of the cervical spine with screening of whole spine needs to be done to confirm diagnosis. MRI is highly sensitive and specific for diagnosis of spine pathology.

Meanwhile, start tab. Pregalin.

Visit to orthopedic surgeon with report for detailed clinical Examination is needed.
