Hi,

Breathlessness and chills may be a respiratory tract infection or viral fever with pneumonia.

Other possibilities like cardiac infraction or anemia or heart failure etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Need blood investigations and ECG, chest X-ray to confirm the cause for it.

Please consult your physician, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu,
