General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You are having difficulty in swallowing as per history. For that your posterior pharynx examination should be done to look for enlarged tonsil. Local part ultrasonography or X-ray done to rule out goiter. Kindly mention which medication you have been prescribed. If no cause evident then endoscopy can be planned.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
