General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, thank you for posting!

I have gone through your query and I understand your concerns.

Based on your symptoms, I can say that you suffer from hyperthyroidism(overactive thyroid). Hyperthyroidism is manifested with anxiety, intolerance to heat, muscle aches, weakness and fatigue.

A thyroid function test and a complete blood count are necessary for the diagnosis.
A thyroid ultrasound and scintigraphy are also necessary.

The results of these tests will confirm the diagnosis.

Contact your endocrinologist for the treatment.

All the best.
Dr. Behar.
