What Can Be The Cause Of Constant Pain In My Lower Belly?

unexplained pains
I am 28 yrs old, 5' 5" and 180 lbs. After having a D&C in february this yr i have these constant pains in my lower belly. I went to the doctor last month he examined me and in doing so there was extreme pain when he moved my womb back n forth. (I dont have painful sex either) He prescribed flagyl thinking it was chlymidia. The test came back negative. I do have LSIL though. This i found out from another doctor a yr ago but i have had no treament for it. Can you explain the pains.

OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Do you have burning micturition or increased frequency of urine? lower abdominal pain may be due Urinary tract infection. Get an ultrasound abdomen and pelvis done to find other cause if any.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
