What Can I Do To Relieve Irritation On The Upper Thigh Due To The Insect Bite?
I have what I believe is a bug bite on my upper thigh. It has developed a small blister, and is red around that area. Should I pop the blister? What can I do to relieve the irritated feeling, and occasional itching around the area? I have been applying an antibiotic ointment. Should I cover with band aid or leave open?

I would recommend you to apply topical steroids like Clobetasol Propionate cream on the affected area and take antihistaminics, like tablet Cetrizine depending on the intensity of itching.
You can keep it open. There is no need to cover it and burst the blister.
