What can I do to arrest Inclusion Body myositis which has just been diagnosed - I am 78 years old and suffered from Polio as a boy.

Inclusion Body Myositis is a chronic muscle disease. There is no cure and nothing stops it. Physical theraphy will strength the muscles.
