What Can I Do About Pain After Urination Post Intake Of Postinor-2 Twice After Intercourse?
Hello doctor ,I had unprotected sex four days ago and I used postinor 2 and I have another unprotected sex again and I use another postinor 2 but I think the drug is causing my urination to be painful .since yesterday I gave been having pain after urinating. Please what can I do

Hi,
Actually two consecutive doses of Postinor are some what over dosing of hormones. Though the drug itself is not known to cause such complaints. Such high dose can cause itching in vagina with white discharge (which is exaggeration of previous infection patient already had) and may lead to burning and painful urination.
Other possibility is repeated forceful sexual act can injure &traumatized the urethral area, thus causing the problem. Please continue having warm water vaginal washes. Take pain medicine like Ibuprofen over the counter after food. If there is no relief with this visit your gynecologist for prescription of needful antibiotic.
