Hallow Dear,

The cardinal symptom of pregnancy is missed period which you have. You have missed period for almost 5 + weeks. Some of other symptoms like sore breast and, food cravings do support the suspicion of pregnancy. The other symptoms you have mentioned are not typical of pregnancy. One more symptom you may watch for is frequent urination.

Now that you are almost 6 weeks pregnant, you have got following options to confirm the diagnosis of pregnancy:
1. Report to an Obstetrician and get clinically examined. At 6 weeks gestation, clinical diagnosis is very easy.
2. Urine pregnancy test which is quite reliable 8-10 days after missed period.
3. Ultrasonography.

One or all of these will help you to arrive at a diagnosis of pregnancy.

I hope you are satisfied with the information.
