My period started 4 days late and it ended a week ago I took 2 pregnancy tests and they came back negative Now I feel nauseous and it feels like my period is about to start again Could I be pregnant?

how was your period this time?Was it lesser than usual? some times it's possible to get slight bleeding inspite of being pregnant.
If there is no other complaints like acidity, loose motions,-you could be pregnant.repeat preg.test again after a wk. to confirm.
