It is newer therapy available for angina - stable as well as post infacrtion angina . Good substitute for nitrate group of drugs with less of side effects .
Needs to taken along with standard ant anginal treatment .
results are really good .

Its used for stable angina patients.
It is usually combined with nitrates, beta blockers and calcium channel blockers.
